Prof. Benhard Sitohang is a lecturer in School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He is also head of Knowledge and Software Engineering research group in Informatics ITB. He completed his PhD at Universite des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc (USTL), Database Systems/Informatic, Montpellier in France. He received his bachelor degree from Master on Informatics (Diplome d’etude Approfondie/DEA), Database Systems/Informatic, Universite des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc (USTL), Montpellier – France.
His interests include Public Query language, Syntax of query and database engine, Distributed Database System (especially in Fragmented Database Systems), and Data Warehouse & Data Mining.
Dr. Eva Faja Ripanti is a lecturer at Informatics Department, Engineering Faculty, Tanjungpura University, Indonesia.
Her research area overarches Strategic Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Circular Economy. Eva obtained her doctoral degree at Cranfield University’s Manufacturing Department, United Kingdom. Her research focuses on the applications of circular economy principles in reverse logistics operations. Eva received bachelor and master degrees in information systems.

Bakri Madon is currently the Dean, School of Computing and Creative Media, UCTS. He started his career as a chip design engineer at Hewlett-Packard Santa-Clara Technology Centre in Silicon Valley, California. He later joined Universiti Malaya as a lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering after completing his PhD in Microelectronics at University College London, UK. Subsequently, he moved to the Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems (MIMOS) in charge of its Chip Design Division. Bakri later ventured into setting up various commercial entities in the chip design and embedded software training services sector. He has turned full circle and is now back in academia since 2014 by joining UCTS. His current research interests is in Cybersecurity and Blockchain Microgrid.
Dr. Azman Ta'a is a lecturer at School of Computing, College of Arts and Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Sintok, Kedah.
His research interests focus on business intelligence, data warehouse, knowledge management, ontology, and data analytics. he has received various research grants such as University Fund, Leads Grant, Research Acculturation Grant Scheme (RAGS), Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), Knowledge Transfer Program (KTP) and various agency research grants. he is also a Certified Professional Trainer from Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Certified Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and Certified Professional Requirement Engineering Foundation Level from Malaysian Software Testing Board (MSTB).
Emma Sri Martini is the current President Director of Telkomsel, the largest cellular operator company in Indonesia with more than 178 million customers.
She graduated from Informatics at ITB in 1993, then took the Market Economy Program at Harvard Kennedy School in 2011. Known as one of the ‘Srikandi BUMN’, she is experienced at being the leader of big companies; she was the President Director of PT. Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) since Feb 2009 until May 2019, the Director of Finance and Support of PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) in 2004-2009 while also serving as a Commissioner at PT. Trans Pacific Petrochemical Indotama in the same period, and the Senior Vice President in Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Indonesia (BPPN) in 2002-2004. Emma was often invited as a speaker and panelist at various infrastructure forums both domestically and internationally as she has been actively involved in supporting the development of Indonesia’s infrastructure.
